The Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al-Jabaly Agricultural Industrial Group performs many tasks, such as:

• Appointing members of the general administration.
• Supporting and advocating for the interests of the group’s companies, while ensuring that board members address any conflict of interest.
• Monitoring and overseeing the implementation of the company’s plans, goals, and regulations by the general administration.
